1. Project Deposit
The $20 project deposit begins your onboarding process. It is fully credited toward your selected website setup fee. If the project does not move forward for any reason after the kickoff call, the deposit is non-refundable due to time spent on onboarding.
2. Setup Fees & Monthly Billing
The remaining setup balance is confirmed on your 15-minute kickoff call and invoiced before build begins. Monthly billing begins when your website or growth system goes live.
3. Scope & Changes
Each plan includes a defined level of pages, updates and features. New pages, redesigns, new functionality, and advanced copywriting may require additional fees quoted in advance.
4. Domains & Third-Party Services
Customers should own their domain. Domain registration, transfers, SMS, calling and AI-usage costs may be billed separately.
5. Cancellation
The monthly plan may be cancelled at any time. The website remains active while the subscription is paid. Website transfer, source-code access and buyout terms may require an additional fee.
6. Liability
148website.com is not liable for indirect or consequential damages related to website downtime, third-party services, or business decisions made using the website.
